Our Director is qualified as a Quantity Surveyor (BSc) and has many years of experience as both a Quantity Surveyor and as a Project Manager delivering successful residential developments.
Having experience in both cost planning and managing projects, provided a unique opportunity to revolutionise the residential construction market. Total Construction Insight has been founded with a clear mission.

Firstly we help you understand your budget by completing cost plans or pricing information for your residential construction project. On behalf of builders we create full professionally presented quotations. For clients, homeowners or developers we can produce highly accurate pricing information to understand and plan for budgets.
Secondly we can deliver on procurement; for homeowners, clients or developers we connect you with reputable builders, when combined with our pricing service this allows a streamlined service taking all the hassle and uncertainty away from the often problematic situation. This allows a project to be priced from initial meetings and initial costs and a reputable builder can be employed based on that cost. Procurement packages completed on behalf of builders are aimed at securing projects by converting potential leads into customers. We liaise with potential customers on the builders behalf including initial and follow up meetings, this is often a crucial phase as most quotes are not like for like and a face to face meeting with the customer is often required to explain the quote in detail. This often leads to a much higher rate of conversion from potential customers to secured projects.
Thirdly we help manage and deliver projects either on behalf of the builder or customer by our professional project management or managing quantity surveyor duties.
